Pearl is the scheme, where we tried to make a place for every individual in their comfortable ways. Pearl has been a Pride for the company since inception as it was the first project, nearest project to Dholera Smart City.

We had plots sizes ranging from 100-450 sq. yds. The project Pearl-I is a residential plotting project with 168 plots spread over 20 vighas of land at Kashindra in Dholera. Which is already sold out.

We would develop the scheme with all the basic & common aminities such as Common Boundry Wall, Internal row Roads, Light & Water connections( up to Entry), Landscaping & Beautification of the scheme along with Security at the project spot.
